The Benedict Project combines the benefits of Yoga, Pilates, Cardio, Barre, Dance technique and Strength training. Each class helps the dancer achieve a personal goal of sculpting their best instrument. I focus on dynamic movement that is multi directional to build strength and rev up metabolism. This is a unique program to help dancers build confidence and overall strength. It is about firing up the muscles and mindset while initiating goal focus driven classes. I help dancers transform their mind and body with cued response and practice application. The Benedict Project encourages dancers to reach their greatest potential offering a guided discovery within each class. Dancers learn proper technique with one-on-one attention delivering better transformation in their bodies.
